One attorney. One city. Unlimited potential
Claim it before someone else doesSebastopol is a small city, but its two-lane corridors — Rt 116, Bodega Avenue, Rt 12, and Petaluma Avenue — carry a steady flow of local and pass-through traffic. Public records show 8 injury collisions and 9 people injured in the most recent final year, with reports clustering on Thursday afternoons between 3 and 5 p.m., a window when school pickups, farm traffic, and commuters heading toward Highway 116 all overlap. If you were hurt in one of these crashes, the days right after matter: insurers move fast, and evidence like skid marks, dashcam footage, or witness memory fades quickly. We handle car accident claims directly and can review what happened, explain your options under California law, and help you avoid common mistakes with insurance adjusters while you focus on recovering.
You generally have two years from the crash date to file a car accident lawsuit in California, but claims against a government entity — say, over a road defect on Bodega Avenue — can require notice in as little as six months. We can flag which deadline applies before it quietly passes.
California allows recovery even if you're partly at fault, but your share of blame reduces your payout under pure comparative fault. Insurers know this and often try to pin extra fault on you early — before you've even seen the police report.

*No attorney's fee unless there is a recovery. The client may be responsible for court costs and case expenses.
California places no cap on non-economic damages like pain and suffering, so there's no artificial ceiling on what a serious injury might be worth. That said, those damages still have to be documented and argued, which is exactly what we are positioned to help with — no fee unless you recover.
